Configure phone number pool monitoring and email notification thresholds
Send a warning alert when available numbers drop to or below this threshold
Send a critical alert when available numbers drop to or below this threshold
Note about threshold configuration:
Threshold values are currently configured via environment variables (PHONE_POOL_LOW_THRESHOLD and PHONE_POOL_CRITICAL_THRESHOLD). To update these values, please contact your system administrator or update the environment variables and restart the server.
Current system thresholds: Low = 5, Critical = 2
This will send an email alert to all admin users with the current pool status. Use this to verify that email notifications are working correctly.
To add or remove alert recipients, update user roles in the section. All users with the "admin" role will receive phone pool alerts.
